Dealers warrant that all listed assets are legally owned or authorised for sale, free from undisclosed encumbrances, and that all documentation provided is authentic and accurate. The platform conducts verification checks at the application stage but does not independently verify the authenticity of documents submitted.
Dealers are responsible for ensuring that any export activity complies with UAE export laws and regulations, including obtaining any required export permits or certificates of origin.
Export Regulations Notice
The export of vehicles and equipment from the UAE is subject to regulations that may include restrictions on asset age, condition, emissions standards, and destination country. Certain assets may require specific export permits, certificates, or customs documentation.
The platform does not provide customs clearance, freight forwarding, or export documentation services. Buyers and dealers are responsible for arranging all logistics and ensuring compliance with UAE Customs requirements at the point of export.

Buyer Import Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all import regulations, duties, taxes, restrictions, and requirements applicable in their destination country. Import rules vary significantly between African nations and are subject to change.
The platform's Africa Import Guide provides general reference information for key importing countries, but this information may not be current and does not constitute professional customs or legal advice. Buyers should consult with a licensed customs agent or legal professional in their destination country before committing to a purchase.
Common buyer import responsibilities include payment of import duties and taxes, compliance with vehicle age restrictions, registration and roadworthiness requirements, and ensuring the asset meets local emissions or safety standards.
Important
The platform is not responsible for any assets detained, rejected, or penalised at the destination country's port of entry. All import costs, duties, and associated risks are borne entirely by the buyer.
Sanctions & Restricted Transactions
The platform does not facilitate transactions involving individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to applicable international sanctions. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organised in, or controlled by any sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not named on any sanctions list maintained by the UAE, United Nations, or other applicable authorities.
