By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The platform provides a marketplace connecting verified UAE-based dealers with buyers seeking to import vehicles and equipment into African markets. Use of this platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms without modification.

Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, or engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

Dealers must hold a valid UAE trade licence and complete the verification process prior to listing any assets. By submitting an application, dealers represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all listing information, including vehicle specifications, condition declarations, mileage, documentation status, and pricing. Dealers must not list assets with falsified or misleading information. Any change in the condition or status of a listed asset must be updated promptly.

Dealers agree that the platform may remove any listing that does not meet quality or compliance standards, and that approval of an application does not guarantee listing visibility or sales outcomes.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to initiating any transaction. The platform provides tools including inspection options and condition declarations to assist buyers, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by dealers.

Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all import regulations, duties, restrictions, and requirements applicable in their destination country. The platform does not provide customs clearance services and is not liable for any costs, delays, or complications arising from import processes.

By initiating a transaction, buyers confirm that they understand the cross-border nature of the purchase and accept responsibility for all logistics and import obligations.

Transactions on this platform are facilitated through a secure escrow mechanism. Funds deposited into escrow are held until agreed transaction conditions are met. Funds are only released to the dealer upon confirmation of completion by the buyer, or following dispute resolution.

The escrow service is provided by a third-party provider. The platform acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the escrow agreement between the buyer and dealer. The specific escrow provider and their terms will be disclosed at the time of transaction initiation.

Users agree that escrow funds may be held, released, or refunded in accordance with the platform's dispute resolution process. The platform reserves the right to make final determinations in unresolved disputes.

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and dealer, either party may initiate the platform's dispute resolution process. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction event giving rise to the dispute.

The platform's dispute team will review all evidence submitted by both parties and may request additional documentation. Decisions made by the dispute resolution team are final and binding within the platform's processes. The platform's determination may include releasing escrow funds to the dealer, refunding the buyer, or other remedial actions.

This dispute process does not limit either party's right to pursue legal remedies outside the platform, subject to applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.

The platform's total liability to any user for any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by that user to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform does not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
