Yes. A written report is typically provided where an inspection is requested and completed. The report includes mechanical condition overview, structural assessment, visible damage notes, and mileage or hours confirmation.
Yes. A representative may visit the dealer yard to provide video verification for buyers who cannot arrange a formal inspection.

Payment

Escrow-supported transactions may be available depending on the transaction structure. Contact the platform for current options and approved escrow providers.
Yes, but where the buyer chooses to pay the dealer directly outside of escrow, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the transaction. The platform strongly recommends using structured payment pathways.
No. Escrow coordination is facilitated through approved third-party providers. The platform does not hold, receive, or release funds directly.
Escrow funds are held pending resolution. The platform facilitates a structured dispute process and funds are released according to the outcome.

Shipping & Export

The platform connects buyers with licensed freight partners. Buyers may also arrange their own logistics if preferred. Shipping methods available include RoRo, container, and flat rack.
Transit times vary by destination country, vessel schedule, and port conditions. Indicative times range from 18–32 days depending on the destination. Refer to the Export & Logistics section for country-specific estimates.
No. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Always verify with local authorities before shipment.
Standard export documents include: Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, Vehicle deregistration (if applicable), Inspection report (if conducted), and Packing list (for machinery).
